Refund policies:


Coaching and Workshop Services

For all coaching and workshop service and materials, no refunds can be given. All costs are approved by the customer prior to purchase. If any additional services are added, LEI and the customer will negotiate the price, then adjust as agreed by both parties.

Cancellation Policy:

A customer pay choose to cancel coaching or workshop services cancelled before completion. Due to overhead costs (internet generated reports), no refunds will be given if services are cancelled.

Privacy:

LEI will gather contact information for each customer. This information will be used to follow up with the customer for interpetation of purchased online assessments. No customer contact information will be shared with any third parties.

Results from online assessments will be shared only with the specific customer that took that assessment. In some cases, it may be appropriate for assessment results to be shared in a workshop setting, but only after prior approval of the customer.
